Love From Brazil

Love From Brazil
Brazil has always been a mystery to me - a faraway, hidden destination, accessible only by invitation. When that invitation materialized over dinner with friends, I eagerly seized the opportunity and delved into learning more about this captivating country.

As those close to me know, travel is my greatest source of inspiration. Each journey teaches me something profound about humanity, our planet, and ultimately, ourselves.

SAO PAULO

I found São Paulo to be a daily source of inspiration, especially when viewed through the lens of art and architecture.

Brazilian history of Art, with its fusion of Indigenous, African, European, and Asian cultures, is incredibly rich and diverse. This amazing melting pot has fostered a unique and dynamic art scene that continues to thrive today.

Visit the numerous high quality museums and galleries from Pinacoteca - photo above - to MASP (Museu de Arte de Sao Paulo), MAM (Museu de Arte Moderna), MUBE (Museu Brasileiro da Escultuta e Ecologia) and galleries Nara Roesler, Simoes de Assis and Passado Composto.

RIO DE JANEIRO

Like everyone I know who has visited Rio, I fell in love with the city, its people, lifestyle and music. I wish to come back or even never to have left...

BRAZILIA

For twenty years I've been dying to go Brasília, Brazil's political capital. My dream has come true ! For architecture lovers like myself, Brasília is an eye-dazzling, iconic city, created by master architect Oscar Niemeyer and urban planner Lucio Costa in the 1950s.

INHOTIM

Another highlight of my trip was Inhotim, an extraordinary art center built in the jungle and born from the passion and vision of a man who built his fortune in mining. Inhotim is a place where local and international acclaimed artists deliver breathtaking experiences.

TRANCOSO

After Inhotim, it was time to chill out in Trancoso with friends ! This little jewel of a town, originally a fishing village, offers a laid-back lifestyle. There, you can meet people from all over the world who have been coming for decades, drawn by its simple life, stunning beaches, and undeveloped shores. It's a word-of-mouth secret place that I hope stays authentic.
