- The 15 rubies (0.75ct) and 30 blue sapphires (1.5ct) are set in a diamond shape. The ring is stamped K18 and is probably from 1940-50's. The basket design measures approx. 0.8" x 0.6" (21mm x 15mm). The ring is currently in size 6.5 and we do offer resizing. Size Chart
