- The cameo is carved in hematite and set in 24k gold with a hammered S/S back and underlined with a gold strip of 13 round diamonds. The cameo is approx. 1 3/4"x1 1/2" (50 x 35mm). The amethyst bead necklace includes 6 beads of solid 18k gold and is 18" (46cm) long. The total length of the necklace is 22" (56cm) and is finished by a hand made 18k gold clasp. Size Chart
